HTC desire S

The successor to the T3’s 2010 Phone of the Year now hits the store in the UK. HTC is in its full form by bringing their new range of handsets to the public. One of these was the HTC Incredible S that hit the store shelves last month and now it’s the turn of the HTC desire S to attract the masses.

You can now grab the new SIM-free HTC desire S on the site for just £384.98. The handset boasts Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 768MB RAM, a 3.7-inch touchscreen having 800×480 pixels resolution along with processor speed of 1GHz.

The HTC Desire S which is already now on sale is said to have spectacular response by grabbing huge number of pre-orders. As such, the stock is being picked up fast and the smartphone is being admired as the popular original Desire.

The Desire which is the latest version of the growing Android family hosts various upgrades, most importantly its aluminium unibody design and a front-facing 8 MP camera.

The original HTC Desire was so fascinating that it bagged the Phone of the Year Award at the T3 Gadget Awards, 2010. We need to keep our fingers crossed to see how its baby brother the HTC Desire S performs.
