HTC Sensation to be unveiled in UK

The latest handset from HTC which was formerly known as HTC Pyramid is geared up to be unveiled in London next week with a startling name, the HTC Sensation. The display of this latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone boasts new super blur-o-vision technology.

HTC might reveal the UK release date of the Sensation handset which is said to be the guest of honour in the media event going to be held in London on Tuesday 12 April.

Coming to the specs of the smartphone, it is said to be powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 1080p video playback via HDMI, a 4.3-inch, 540×960 qHD screen and 4G connectivity in US models.

The fact that the handset will come with 512MB of RAM or 768MB is still unknown. However, the gadget is expected to come with a new version of HTC’s Sense UI which itself indicates the selection of name as HTC Sensation. It is also said to sport an amazing 8MP camera with front-facing to allow videoconferencing.

Also, it is anticipated that the handset will be loaded with Android 3.0 software. However, the service provider and UK price for the device are yet to be revealed. We need to keep our fingers crossed to find out if this handset is going to be the UK version of the EVO 3D.
