Orange and T-Mobile (together called as “Everything Everywhere” after their merger) will sell the latest sensation in the tablet space, the Apple iPad 2 once it gets released in the UK towards the end of this month through their stores.

Almost an year after the iPad’s launch the iPad 2 is set for a launch powered by the all new iOS 4.3, dual cameras, sizzling fast dual core processor, and HDMI output.

The iPad 2 will also show up in three memory sizes just like its predecessor – 16GB, 32GB and 64GB and that would automatically result in product pricing differences. For the end users though, there would not be any price difference between the iPad and iPad 2 as per Steve Jobs quote yesterday.

Faced by stiff competition from Samsung Galaxy Tab, Apple iPad is considered an expensive device in the current tablet market. The 3G enabled iPad currently is offered for £429 in Apple stores while UK mobile operators offer the device for £200 on a 24-month data contract.

O2 meanwhile announced that it would stay away from selling the iPad 2 though it would offer MicroSIM data plans for the new gadget.
