Sony Ericsson would never leave things in the open for their own course! Sony Ericsson is on a mission to prove to the world that it still has what it takes to succeed with their Android phones offerings. After being announced at CES 2011, the Xperia Arc has since made several appearances. With each of these appearances, the interest in the market has only increased.

Until today, Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc appeared in two standard colours viz. silver and midnight blue. However, Orange has just come up with an exclusive black version of the device.

You can grab the handset having glossy piano black finish for free on a two year contract by shelling out £40 per month and get 1200 minutes along with unlimited texts.

For those looking for budget oriented deal, you can go with £30 per month deal which will provide you with 500 minutes and unlimited texts. You will however have to pay an up-front cost of £100.

If you want to go with more budget oriented deal, then opt the £20 per month deal offering 200 minutes and unlimited texts. Even this demands the handset cost of £200.

The much hyped Xperia Arc smartphone which sports a Bravia-powered 4.2 inch touchscreen runs Android Gingerbread OS. The slim handset is also powered by a 1GHz processor, has an 8MP camera and gives support to Orange’s HD Voice service.
