Grabs will be elated to know that LG’s latest Android Smartphone, the LG Optimus Black which was announced at the CES in Las Vegas by LG is finally available in the UK via T-Mobile. You can grab the handset by shelling out just £26 per month on a 24-month contract.

This second smartphone from LG would prove to be an amazing deal if you are looking for a slim, eye-catching handset. The 109g weighing Android device is just 9.8mm thin.

The handset is interfaced through a 4-inch NOVA display which claims to provide optimum brightness and is most readable under any sort of lighting conditions. As per LG, it should consume 50% less energy when compared to other phones in the market, which should increase the battery life substantially.

The phone is powered by a 1 GHz processor, which makes it to be fast enough and comes with a 5MP rear camera, which is capable of shooting HD quality video. Other specs of the handset include Android 2.2 Froyo which can be upgraded to Gingerbread, Wi-Fi, AGPS, 512MB RAM and a microSD card reader.

The T-Mobile tariff offers you 300 minutes, 300 texts along with a flexible internet connection offering unlimited browsing over the web, however with limited streaming and downloading capabilities.
