Yet another time Sony Ericsson delays release of its Yendo Walkman handset

One more time, Sony Ericsson has delayed the release of its Yendo Walkman handset, which initially slated to be released in November and now it is set to release in February.  Company has cited unspecified reasons for delay.

The Yendo is Sony Ericsson’s yet another Android based handset, but first under its Walkman brand. Living up to its brand image, the main focus of the handset is on Music. Sony Ericsson positions it to be unique handset with unique blend of music, Social Networking and Communication all enclosed in one colorful phone.  The handset uses its successful four-corner UI, which is used in Sony Ericsson Xperia phones.

The handset is made available in multiple color combination choices to its users, which gives choice to users to customize the handsets to suit their mood. The phone is also encapsulated with other most expected features like two megapixel camera to capture images, which can viewed over its full touch 2.6 inch screen with 320X240 resolution, EDGE connectivity which allows user to stay connected anytime from anywhere.
