Panasonic has recently released a new rough look 10 inches Android based Tablet device under its Toughbook series.

This new Toughbook series Panasonic Tablet device is going to be available by the end of the year 2011 and company is trying to position it as business oriented Tablet device, with features specifically designed for enterprise usage. The tablet comes with hardware embedded security, which is ideally suited for enterprises to securely port their data on the device.

This going to be different from any regular tablet device as most of them are designed for household consumers, which lacks security that is required for organizations to port their data on these tablet devices. New kid on this Panasonic Toughbook series is engineered with appropriate levels of security and durability factors which give organizations confident to keep data on this tablet device. Panasonic is planning to target various market verticals like Government organization, IT organizations and all verticals which hire large number of mobile workforce for this tablet device.

This device goes beyond the limitations of PDA devices (which are traditionally used by Mobile workforce) in terms of number applications that can be loaded and amount of data that can be carried over.
