Company sources also feels that this statistics is evidence for increasing popularity of its bada based applications.

Samsung has recently started a drive of offering its apps for free to push the sales of its recently launched Wave Smartphones (Wave 525, 533, 757 and 723). Though this drive is a limited period offer for selected apps, it has increased traffic on its online apps store to a considerable extent. This drive allowed users to download selected game apps, theme apps and dictionary apps for free. Most popular among them are Tetris Refresh, FIFI 10, Asassin’s Creed II, therapy e-book and SSkin theme series.
